Firstly, I LOVE MY COUNTRY!!!

Secondly, This is an essay which i wrote for an english class I'm currently taking and it will end on the march 18th. My engilsh teacher told us that we can write about ANYTHING we want as long it was an essay.

Thirdly, I got an A on the paper.

Fourthly, When you start reading this (ladies mainly, sorry to sound sexists, but the males i have asked in my class about it have agreed with me about this paper, and few to none may agree with me and rest disagree or vice versa) you may think its wrong to have these business, but I want you to remember this: If it was a strip club and there were MALE DANCERS in the same area as these businesses, you wouldn't want this place to close because lets be real and reasonable, every woman has that ONE woman either friend, co-worker, school mate, etc.. that will say to them--- COME ON GIRL LETS GO SEE THESE FINE MEN IN HERE. because ladies you all know that you wouldn't protest a strip club where there are MALE DANCERS but you would protest a strip club where there are FEMALE DANCERS in the EXCAT SAME SPOT AS THESE ADULT NOVELTY SHOPS/BOOKSTORES

FIfthly, THIS IS ALL MY OPINION!!

Sixthly, For the ladies/men/couples that have "novelty items" of their own you all can't nor should hate the idea for one of these place in your town to open.

Seventhly, When i find out if they are open and selling "novelty items" or not, i'll post on here.

A Closed-Minded America

Big and little town USA should allow adult novelty shops and bookstores to open all across the closed-minded United States of America. These types of businesses will help their local and national economy and communities in terms of finance, employment, couples relationships and educational wise. America should not be ashamed of these types of business all over this great country of ours, but be proud and supportive of because of the good they do; not the harm that everyone says or thinks they do. We as a country need to stop being so old fashioned when it comes to adult fun and be happy with it. America is the first country to make a business out of the sex industry. Nor will it be the last one to stop making money from the sex industry.

Financially America was leading the world in finances for hundreds of years, but as of the past eight years America is last place with a huge debt it owes the entire world. America needs to pull its money from big business as well as from the adult industry. The United States has no idea that this money can help us, not hurt us ever. America needs to get itself out of debt and the adult industry is the answer. The selling of sex, either as dreams in movies and books, novelty items, or physical contact between individuals, is the number one and biggest moneymaking business in this country and the whole world. If we, America, keep borrowing money from other countries, we will end up the most hated country in the entire world.

“Sex sells. And in America, there is no business like "show it all business." Economic downturn or not, there is one market that remains strong and sees regular growth year after year. In fact, few industries in this country generate more revenue than the adult industry. In some cities, like Atlanta, all three major sport teams could play to sell out crowds and still not come close to competing with the $240 million per year economic impact of adult business there. In the United States, the "gentlemen's club" industry earns a respectable $15 billion share of the $75 billion dollar global adult entertainment market. Adult films alone in America earn more than $13 billion for their makers or roughly 25% more than cinema receipts for mainstream films. Add all of this to the club industry and the future seems to be a garter full of promise. The ramshackle coops with chicken wire on the windows and blinking Christmas lights has been replaced with emporiums of elegance that feature displays, both in art and lighting, worthy of Broadway. The once witless dancer without a full set of teeth has retired to make way for the future Ivy League graduate working her way through college by dancing her way through the crowd. Sure, there exist people who readily believe adult entertainment is responsible for plummeting property values and greater crime yet the latest studies prove otherwise. For dancer, club owner and patron the bottom line has never looked so good.
America is all about making money. In addition, few industries generate more cash than the adult entertainment industry. Even during hard times. Club owners, dancers, film stars and bookstore merchants have known this for decades. Now it seems that politicians and convention and visitors bureaus are embracing the industry too-or at least giving it a reticent nod. The tax revenue generated by such businesses is a much-needed boon to most communities.” (Spencer, Angelina).

Now as for employment in this type of business, these jobs will make some people happy and others not so happy. 99.9% of Americans see employment in these types of businesses is wrong and sickening. While as the other, one percent of Americans see these businesses as ways of work and paying the bills. That same one percent says to these businesses, “Thank you for bring work to my town. I will work hard at my job because I need money to provide food, clothing, and shelter for my family and to get myself out of a huge debt I am in to my bank and creditors. So thank you again.” While in most parts of the world, these businesses are common and the rest they are rare to find. If America created these businesses and the industry of selling sex, so why are we disgusted with our own creations? Answer: America wants to stay closed-minded and keep anything adult themed or fun behind closed doors and away from the public.
Couples, gay, straight, or bi, are going to love these businesses, as they would not have imaged in their lives ever. These businesses only add spice and fire to a couple’s sex life; not toss a five gallon of ice water on it. Half of the couples in this country would say that these businesses destroy marriages and should be torn down and forgotten. Countless of religions say that sex in a couple’s relationship should not be in public, but be kept in the bedroom only. Adult bookstores and novelty shops enhances a sex drive in the marriage. Christianity is a great example of a religion that for the longest thought that sex should be dull for couple and never exciting. The books Sexual Skills For Christian Husbands, Sexual Satisfaction For Christian Wives, Tastefully Illustrated Sexual Positions Guide For Christian Couples, and When Your Husband Is Never In The Mood, are books written by a Christian couple named Robert and Susan Irwin. Robert and Susan Irwin are a world renowned Christian couples that have wrote books on why it’s alright to have unbelievable sex in your marriage and still praise and worship God. Their books cover on how to please your mate and still love and praise God every day of your marriage.

Another great thing these businesses bring with them would be educational materials. These stores have all kinds of lubes, condoms, and equally important advice books on how to please their partner(s). Some even offer classes on how to please your partner with live and safe demonstrations with actual people. They not only teach safe and sexual demonstrations, but they also teach you on how to talk to your partner about their sexual wants and desires. They teach people on how to deal with common male and female performance problems. For males, the number one problem is performance with their partner, and for females, it is having an orgasm. In addition, they will teach people on the safety of fetishes and other dangers that people do to have fun sexually with their partner(s). They will also teach people on how to enjoy fetishes without breaking the law and humiliated for enjoying something that they love.
Our closed-minded society needs to find its key and unlock this great countries mind to these businesses. To countless of countries, America has been know as the home of the brave, free, and where dreams can be born and lived. But if America keeps it mind closed to these businesses, then it’s a lie, that if a person from another country comes to America for a better life that their dreams and hopes will never ever be achieved because America is keeping its mind closed. America it is time for a change and the change needs to start now! If we just elected an African-American man as the new President of this country, then we need to keep changing for the best. Stop telling people that, “No this business is bad for the community,” or “Keep your sex life behind closed doors.” And start saying, “Yes I think and believe this business will help bring countless of revenue to our community so we can put it towards better books for schools,” or “Do whatever you want with your sex life, as long as you are not hurting children or animals, I’m 100% okay what you do.” Now go outside America, and find the key that will open your mind forever and never, ever let it be blinded, closed, blocked or sealed shut ever again!
