You need to have your own site built as well. Rude will host the site, but not build it for you.

Ok beginner question - I am in the process of setting up a site for someone thru rude hosting - there have already received the info for you .And I am at a lost - What program do you recommend for programming? -What language do you use for your sites .To you purchase the billing before you build the site.

Honestly these are questions that have a LOT of answers. I have spent 10 years learning the answers to them, and even then I am not much compared to someone who has a degree and keeps it up to date.
There are many ways you can go about this. It sounds to me like you might want to think about hiring a webmaster. There are a few here on Rude, that work pretty cheap.
To answer the questions the best way that I can.
1. Program, I use Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and several other things. The best bet if you cannot afford to buy software is to look into CMS (Content Management Systems) or try to find a Free HTML editor on the net. Google can be your friend.
2. Languge? Um, English? OR are you asking about HTML, CSS, Java, etc?
3. Purchasing billing, Verotel, CCbill, Epoch, these are the common three for amateur sites.
Since you are asking about billing I definitely would try to hook up with a webmaster.
Before I took this gig, I would build a one tour basic html template adult site for around 200 bucks with a 90 day warranty on code. I no longer do this, but I know a few people who undercut my prices on here. So just ask around! Keep in mind however you get what you pay for. A REAL amateur site (Mainstream) that has webmasters promoting it etc can run you around 10 K and up.
