every time i log in to rlc and try to leave the bar/club as soon as i get outside the door and start walking it freezes what is the issue there or is it me what am i doing wrong

Sorry for the delay on the reply. I had a bit of an issue with a virus, but I'm back online now. So you were saying that this happens while once you are outside of the yacht, like on the back of it where the doors are and you can see the street and what not?
That could be an issue on your end with either your connection to the Rude Virtual server or it could possibly be an issue with your video card. The first thing that I would suggest you do is to make sure that your video card is up-to date. You can do that by going to the manufactures site or if its the default card in your PC/Laptop you can go to the site for the Computer or go and do a Windows Update.
The next thing I would suggest is make sure your getting a good connection to the server, preferably atleast a Cable/DSL connection is needed. I have heard some people say they can run Rude/RLC with a dialup connection but its not something I would suggest. You can check your connection to the server by going to Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt and your MS-DOS Screen should come up. Next you will want to type ping game.redlightcenter.com and it will give you a report that looks a little like this:

You need to pay close attention to where it says TIME that is your connection status to the server as long as its under 90/100ms at all times you should be ok, but anything over that can cause an interference in connection between you and the server which is also known as "Lag".

is there somewhere I an download utherverse for mac ?
I downloaded the exe and then when I try to ... install it... nothing happens.
Im new to my mac so I COULD just be being an idiot ...
any help?

i do appoligise but i cant find any info regarding a mac client for rudevirtual. but will see if the tech who designed our pc client n see whether they plan on making one for mac shortly or at least if there is one where they have hidden it

utherverse is only for window based machines, i do know that some people on mac have used bootcamp
on their machines so that they can run windows and from everything people have told me it does work doing that, there is also a product called fusion which
is suppose to be able to run both operating systems on a mac at the same time but im not sure whether or
not it will run utherverse, as far as them coming out with a mac version i wouldn't count on seeing it anytime soon, right now the software is in beta testing
and they are still adding more and more features to it.
Only when it gets to the point of being a finished software would they even consider making it in a mac or linux software

I have been into both Rude and RLC in either one everything seems fine...then freeze up still have chat but no movement, also when you enter someplace it takes forever then freeze up...erratic movement...then boots or works fine.
just wondering if its my end or theirs...thanks
Also will you be able to use your bank on rude to purchase VIP in virtual world? not monthly but yearly.

lady raine at the moment there seems to be alot of crashs due to the bringing in the new system on RLC/RV but if problem persists, it cud be due to connection speed and lag.
and as of yet we have no info on whther we cud use our rudebank to purchase i will speak to them for you. and see if this can be implemented as think this wud be a good idea, using it to buy a yearly subscription would be great.

We currently don't support Mac as we use DirectX technology. Were working on a work around for old Mac users and brand new Macs (Newest Generation) will run the client ( so were told) They get released ths week.

ciuently being discussed with the higher ups as to getting it paid monthly from our RudeBank think it will be discussed as will need finer detail sorted out, but hopefully if monthly is successful then a yearly VIP subscription wud take place.
