The last couple of months have been crazy. In February I had a couple of burlesque shows which involved developing new numbers and putting together new costumes as well as organizing the other performers and workig gwith the venue.

On top of that I also took part in the vagina Monologues which was quite an exhausting but also very rewarding.  The money raised from the Montreal V Day events went to my favourite non profit oprganization Chez Stella a sex worker rights group. March was a bit of recovery month in terms of performing burlesque but I did work on some new group  numbers with my partners and put a hit show on April 5th.

Besides my burlesque activities I have been working on my website as always, doing my webcam shows and getting my taxes done (I take care of organizing all my receipts before handing the final tally to my accountant - not a fun task). I have also been really committed to my workouts. i joined a new gym that features yoga, spinning and kickboxing classes. So far  the experience has been amazing and I am starting to see some nice muscle development in my arms - though my hamstrings are rather sore.

Team Burlesque Show

I am one of  the coordinators of an exciting new burlesque project here in Montreal called Team Burlesque (google it if you want to find out more info). We are putting on a benefit show Thursday, February 7th here in Montreal with funds going to support nonprofit organizations that work towards ending violence against women. It is all part of the V Day Montreal and Vagina Monologues events.

Night Time Voyeurism

You know how when you first log in to Rude you are asked what mood you are in? Well, I am not into recreational drugs so I was not sure what to think of the 'stoned' reply. Fine if you want to do them but they are not for me. However, there are times when I do feel my version of stoned and it usually has to do with allergy meds or cold/flu medication. Second Try

I have rescheduled my first show. Hopefully, on my second try I can have my Rude Group Show debut! Gotta pop that cherry after all! :-)

First Group Show

I had my first group show scheduled for today. I was all dolled up in a pink and white teddy but with nothing to do. Unfortunately Rude was experiencing some technical difficulties and I was unable to log in. I want my Rude friends to know that i would never not show up to a show. I take my webcamming very seriously and would never want to waste anyone else's time. I am sorry if there was any inconvenience.

As I waited at my computer I thought to myself - just my luck that my debut would go this way.

I will look over my schedule and plan another debut show. :-) Likely tomorrow!!

Testing Out My Webcam

Today I did my first test for the Rude.com private webcam system. Everything went well. I set up a microphone so I think the sound is good. My camera and computer worked just fine. I will look at my agenda and see when I can start being on the private system on a regular basis. I am looking forward to giving intimate, interactive shows for my fans. It will be different than what I am used to but I think it will be a whole lot of fun.
