Casa Casuarina, the Miami Beach, FL, house once owned by late fashion designer Gianni Versace, is on the market for $125 million.

Known as Casa Casuarina, the 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom house overlooks the ocean. Mr. Versace bought the home and its adjacent lot in 1992 for just under $10 million and then invested another $33 million in the property, adding a 6,100-square-foot south wing, a 54-foot-long mosaic-tiled pool lined with 24-karat gold, a mosaic-covered courtyard and frescoes on the home's walls and ceilings.

He was killed outside the home in July 1997. Peter Loftin, a telecom entrepreneur, purchased the property in 2000 for $20 million. After using it as a residence for several years, Mr. Loftin turned the home into a boutique hotel with a restaurant and opened it in late 2009 as the Villa by Barton G.

Coldwell Banker's "The Jills," Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg, are representing Mr. Loftin in the sale. "Miami is now seeing prices like it's never seen before, with an influx of international buyers, so it's the perfect time to sell this trophy property," says Ms. Eber.

I'm sad to say that on the 24th, my personal photograher & image consultant Arthur Petersons' uncle Albert Lee Reynolds passed away. He returned from a hospital stay and died in his bed. We do have plans to attend service next Saturday in Mountain Brook, Al.

A woman was fired from Citibank & is now suing Citibank because despite her totally appropiate attire she is still too hot & Distracting to her co-workers...

In truth, there is a video of her office attire... she did have on office attire... a tank top (white & skin tight) with the jacket open... It's not what u do, I guess it's how u do it. I think it's a crock of crap myself. I don'tthink she should b punished because they can't give their lil heads a time out...  What happened to civilized people, yatta, yatta, yatta...

Let me be clear... I never said safe ways to get high or drunk... I'm shocked about some of this, some I knew... I thought it was blog worthy so here u go... unfortunately, I'm sure some of you will b like shut the fuck up, lol. Keep in mind, I'm just the messenger... I'm just repeating what's already been broadcast...

Here's me preachy... You should know that any drug whether an upper or downer effect, medicinal, what have you... You shouild take it seriously. It be strong even though it is natural. Obviously, if it was never meant to be used as a drug, or in this capacity (like many of the things below) you're taking ur life in your hands... With that said... Rock on !!!

The new trend is pouring vodka into your eyes. The hope is that you will get drunk faster. To my knowledge, this works... It can kill you, but it works... good luck with that...

We all know someone who got high on tussin in high school. No news there...

I just caught wind of smoking baked banana peels... or after you bake it turn it into powder & then sniff it I guess... oookkkk... lol idk if this works...

There is the infamous licking toads...The my knowledge this works... f.y.i. this is the toads defense mechanism... It doesn't kill you because your a large person... that is all...

Another new one... High schoolers getting high on Nitrous... Did they unhook the hose in their ride ?? idk.. Seems to me this should work... once again a great way to check out early especially if you do it too much, or too often...


You know how Stone Cold Steve Austin busts 2 beers & drinks them at the same time... Well, supposedly if you poke 2 cans of beer & drink them quickly... you'll get drunk quicker... seems to me this should work or seem to work... the bubbles u r ingesting make you feel drunker...

There is the thing of a beer bong bath... i think it's called... where you just mix everything you can get your hands on in a milk carton or something... hook a hose to it & drink til you have to stop... unside down ofcourse... lol sounds outstanding... lol

This kid put lead paint in his eyes to get high... idk if it worked, may be another urban myth... then again. I heard of a guy testing out a flack jacket by having his freind shoot him... the bad news... it wasn't a flack jacket, like he thought...

Ther is a new drug some chemistry kids made in their spare time, called TCSB. Only a fingernail full will do ya... that's all I know.. If you like tearing your own face off because it burns so much or throwing up blood, I highly recommend it... lol

Lastly, High shcooler huff rubber cement... I love rubber cement for my art projects, it drys so clean... lol not neccessarily for huffing... idk how this one turns out people...

Actually, they must mean after cigarettes... from what I heard, In order of severity or which one affects the probablity most:

1. Cigarette smoking (If I gotta be in trouble ur comming with me cigar smokers, lol)

2. Low IQ (survival of the fittest on a biological level ??? U will self destruct in t minus 2 years.... ok, I'll shut up now... lol)

3. Low Income (this 1 is endlessly fascinating !!! I could contrive all manner of theories !!! lol)

4. High Blood Pressure (this 1 is just common sense...)

5. Low Activity (so is this 1...)

A Guy is a StarBucks in Boca Raton, Fl... He banged on the table & cursed till the StarBucks management asked him to leave... He is now suing StarBucks because he feels it was unfair of them to throw him out... he was banging the table & cursing because he has Tourettes' Syndrome !!!

Forget skinny jeans, the new pant now is...wait for it...latex leggings. Hollywood of all ages has already been spotted in the trend and fashionistas from NYC to Paris are trying to get their hands on a pair because, believe it or not, they trim inches! In the StyleList office, they decided latex can work since they suck everything in and smooth the lumps and bumps - and look damn sexy in the process.
